We've created a new self help area to help clients with common tasks. You can find the resource under the support area link (top right hand corner of any page) or directly here.

We will be developing this further over time. For now, it covers some basic Office365 issues, how to setup the cloud desktop on new computers and some information around our Tropical Agent.

We welcome ideas & suggestions for new articles to be added. If you can think of any, please let us know and we will have them added in due course.
